I'm Joseph/Alys. I was assigned male at birth and been living as a male for the past 32 years. I'm strongly considering making the transition from male to female, and the the logistics of it thus far seem quite daunting.

I've only come out to one person thus far, my wife, and she has been very supportive.

I'm here to learn from you all and ask for advice. :)

Hi and welcome to susans. you will find lots of information and many great people to talk to here. I hope you find everything you are looking for.

I know it can seem daunting.... I once played a game at a trans youth meeting. it was a board game and at one end you are your born gender and at the end you're fully transitioned. along the way you can run into things that set you back and things that move you forward. my take away from it was that no matter what gets thrown at you you can make it to the other side. good luck and I hope you get where you want to go
