Hi all

I connected many srs surgeons about my surgery they all told me

That the deepest depth for me will be around 12 cm unless I do it with sigmoid colon surgery

I honestly don't know if this depth is enough to have normal sexual activity

It would close but I think it would be doable

have you asked Suporn? He's known for depth.

Suporn is not an option for me
First because of his high price
Second his long waiting list

That's 4.72 inches, which is, from what I understand, close to normal depth now a days.

Don't forget that it takes about 5 cm or about 2 inches just for the guy to reach the vagina and if a man is overly large, he should be gentleman enough to only use what is needed. If he doesn't, you should reevaluate the relationship because he cares more about himself than you.

Well, 120mm or 12cm is just shy of 5 inches. Get out your tape measure. Mine was never deep enough and proved to the reason to end all of the relationships I had. I don't know how deep I am. I'm guessing around 3.5 to 4 inches.

The average vaginal depth for a fully aroused cis woman is 4.5-5". In other words, this is right in line with what most cis women have, which should be more than sufficient. (The obsession with depth in the trans woman community, while understandable, sometimes makes it easy to lose sight of the fact that most cis women neither know nor care what their depth is, and they generally do just fine.)

I heard 5' to 6'. I wonder if phallic length plays a role in the depth you end up getting?

I thought I'd jump in quick as I'm a cis woman who was born with vaginal agenesis and was required to create my own using dilators.  Mine fully formed was around 5 inches.  The maximum dilator I was given by the doctors was for that depth.

I just wanted to give that perspective as it was/is the standard protocol for girls who must create their own due to birth defects.

How did they figure out your depth, OP? It sounds like you just called them and there was no examination. I
m worried about depth because I have been on HRT for 4 years and my scortum (yuck!) is flat and looks empty but you can find two pea-sized testes if you tried (eek). So, with a three or four inch penis (when erect), I'm not sure I'll be big enough. I have an appt. with Dr. Rumer on 2.27 and hope to have surgery by June. I have Medicaid, so it's not a done deal, but Medicaid covers surgery in my state and my insurance plan lifted trans exclusions. I read it.
HRT start: 03.02.2013. GRS (and BA) date: 9.13.2017.

* Thanks Obama! Seriously, without him (and PA Gov. Wolf!) and expanded Medicaid, I would never accumulated the $30,000 needed to to afford surgery.

Not everyone uses the penis inversion method. Some of the surgeons use the scrotum.

PAI told me with both penis inversion or  scrotum skin Graf
I will end up with the same result
And they prefer the Penis inversion because the skin can hold more

I don't think PAI do non-penile inversion, and I don't believe that's true. Suporn averages 7" depth (PAI's advantages would be the much lower cost, faster recovery, and short wait list).

My friends did it with suporn and she end up with 13.5 cm or 14 cm I can't remember exactly
But it didn't worth the price or the recovery

But again I always can do it with sigmoid colon but the problem is the waiting list

So I don't know yet
[emoji23] hopefully I get boyfriend with small package

Did she lose depth during recovery? It can be pretty hard for some.

No she didn't lose depth but her original depth was 13.5/14 cm after the srs and she stayed with this depth afterward

I asked my initial surgeon for the possible depth. First he said 14. When I said "And being realistic?", 11, he said (complications, not getting as much skin as expected)... Other girls confirmed me that they got less than promised depth with him.

So I was in a big nope. Went to, Chettawut with a skin graft because I had no time or money (I did not want to save for more time) for Suporn, and I got 15.29 cm, 6". Most of the time it's around 6.5, so not bad.

Given that the medium penis length is around 14-15 cm, I would not settle for less than that. Unless you only want to get on lesbian sex and not interested in penetration, even with strap-ons.

I saw the full paper Preecha made public with pictures of the surgery. Looks like a penile inversion me, with the graft stitched at the end of the vaginal tunnel, clearly showing two different types of skin. Chett's Graft is rather different, though.
