I've been in T for about a month and I was just wondering when I should start noticing a voice change and downstairs growth. I've noticed my voice change a little. It kinda just feels/sounds like I have a cold right now, but I was wondering when it will start to noticeably change. Thanks!

Welcome to Susan's Place. You have posted this question in the correct location and if you look back over the last couple of week, you may find that other have posted a similar question. The answer is it will vary from person to person and it will also depend on how observant others are. Some may notice your voice right off and other may not notice for a long time. As for bottom growth, there are post about that as  well with the answer being your genetics.

For most guys downstairs growth happens within the first month. You should have noticed more sensitivity in that area which means the T is working. As for voice I found by 3 months it started sounding noticeably deeper; although still in the female range. I also noticed one day I could wake up and my voice sounded very slightly deeper or it would seem to revert to sounding higher again. When I got to 6/7 months I couldn't hide the fact I know had a male sounding voice.
They/them pronouns preferred.

Both of those things started happening for me in the first week. Voice changing initially feels like a sore throat or cough starting to develop. Downstairs growth just feels very sore. But both of these things take a bit of time. Both came in spurts for me over the course of 2 years.

Nothing has felt sore for me, wonder if that's normal. I'm going to get levels checked in a week and see if my dose is lower than it should be.

I will say my first two growth spurts, I grew *a lot* at once. I wasn't visible at all prior to starting T, and quickly reached over an inch within the first few months. So that may be why I was sore.

Two and a half months and nothing I can call noticable below the belt. My natural anatomy was very small and heavily hooded, even when fully aroused. Not sure how I feel either way as I more than likely will deal with packers or full coverage stps. Given my preference I would love a full phallo with all the bells and bits, but financially not likely.

Could be... mine has been growing steadily since week 1... the most I ever noticed from it was increased sensitivity (sounds normal), and an occasional awareness of it that I never had before. I never believed in "growing pains" as a real thing but I guess there must be sensations when things like stretch scars exist.
