Hair removal and those bumps - maybe an answer?

I saw this and thought it was interesting to those who get irritation from shaving your legs.

Just to place context, I have (horrible) skin fungal and bacterial infections at the moment from being immunocompromised, my medical team warn me to boil every towel and flannel so I do not spread the diseases any further on my skin.
