How long ill my legs stop itching?

Hello everyone, I made the huge mistake of using Nair on my legs, chest and butt. It worked quite well but now I have been itching for two weeks. My wife was nice enough to help me with applying lotion to my legs, feet and body to help soothe the itching  and I have switched to shaving with a razor but I am still itching in-between shaving. So, how long until this insane itching stops, my legs look like crap, I could never go anywhere like this, as if I would now anyway. They are nice and soft and smooth except fro the occasional bump from the itching. Anyone have this problem?

Two weeks is pretty long.  If they are not getting better at all, go see a doctor. 
I had a similar experience and in two weeks there was a noticable improvement.

For now, stop all hair removal until you heal and the itching stops. Shaving may be causing the problem and if the Nair caused damage, you need to heal from it before you start using a blade on your skin.

Sounds like you have very sensitive skin or applied it to where it shouldn't have been be careful and read anything before using it on any part of the body. If it doesn't stop i'd go to your doctor and ask for some advice on how to stop the itching you could be having a reaction of some kind for all i know. But i think your best bet is what dena said.

I am wondering if you are using an after shave moisturizer? Shaving is hard on skin and they make products for this.

My legs and chest healed nicely, I am using a gentle feminine shave product on all areas and a nice lotion afterward and it seems to help. Thank you everyone for the advice.
