Hey GB
I want to echo Liz's post and pat you on the back for making 4 days. Good for YOU! That's a temporary success and heck yes, keep on trying and you can do it. Stats inform us that most smokers want to quit. There is a pharmacologic explanation for feeling "relaxed" after we reawaken those noisy receptors sites in our brain. Please don't let that "ah yes" feeling of taking a hit fool ya. Contrary to the rush of answering the addictive call, the tiniest to the mightiest blood vessels in your body immediately start to constrict, nourishing blood flow is reduced. There are simply no benefits to smoking. Let the urge go steadily quieter and consider a million better ways to find that relaxed state of mind and body you can create once you're free.
It is so good to finally give up the internal arguments of should I or shouldn't I buy a pack? No packing around lighters or matches, no smelly breath or clothes and no knocking on your self esteem about it. Kick em to the curb dude!
