I lost everyone when I transitioned, but it was mostly my fault because I gave no one a choice because I wanted to start my life over and didn't give anyone the chance of rejection or acceptance.

I probably lost a few close friends, but we had already not seen much of each other for a while before I transitioned, so I really do not feel that I lost them, as much as our lives moved on.  Those that were very close to me, are still here, and some old friends even came back to be closer friends :)

So far no.  Everyone I have come out to, except for my wife, has handled it extremely well and been nothing but supportive, affirming and kind. Long way to go for me yet, but so far I've been extremely fortunate in that regard.

he friends I lost were friends from my early years and hadn't seen in quite awhile . We just kind of drifted apart then kind of came back due to the internet. I tried to test the water a few months ago with one of the group but, after showing my recent picture he didn't want to have anything to do with me.
