Hi Iris, that's awesome that you are in a good ed program. Didn't know they had that there.

I edited your personal details because we try and protect young members from possible predators. Not that I'm sure you can't handle yourself :)

Anyway, welcome to the site. I'm Canadian too - from BC.

Hello Iris,

Welcome to Susan's.  I think that you have come to the right place if you are looking to make friends.  Lots of friendly people here and from all over the world, with a wide variety of backgrounds.  But sure to participate where you can and don't be afraid to as questions and post replies.  A link to the rules that govern the site can be found at the top of the page and be sure to ask if there is anything in them that you don't understand.

So relax and enjoy your stay.  BTW I'm in Canada as well - Ontario.

Chat later,

Steph

Hi Iris,

Welocme to Susan's. As others have already said this is a friendly place and I'm sure you will make lots of friends here. What I find shocking  :icon_yikes: is that our Wiki administrator did not mention the Wiki in her post(Steph!) >:D  So be sure to visit the Wiki you'll find a lot of educational material there. So fix yourself a cup of tea or other age apropriate relaxing beverage, sit down, take your shoes off and set a spell.

Good Journey,

Cassie

Hi, Iris and WELCOME ! :icon_clap:

I can't really add what to what the others have posted in this thread except to say, Yeah!  It's all true!

The forums are great and the rest of the site is pretty fantastic too. It's a great place to learn.  Speaking of which, I'm really looking forward to hear some details about your school and I don't think I'm the only one.  Please feel free to share when you have the inclination.

again, WELCOME!
