In Canada, there's a TV channel called "Out".  It's about the full LGBQT community, but I focus on the M-F trans shows.  There was one show I watched called "Am I a Boy or Girl", which is all about trans people.  There was another I watched called "Lady Boys", which was all about the M-F trans scene in Thailand, including a doctor performing SRS.  Trans people are apparently quite common in Thailand.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.
