Hiya everyone,

I'd appreciate your help with an enquiry.
I'll be having SRS with Suporn in July and have 2 months off work for recovery.
I am considering having a rhinoplasty revision in this 2nd month.
Do you think this is physically possible? (In terms of dilation schedule, as I will be probably 1 day without dilation). Also in terms of recovery, as it will add another "building site" to my body.

I'd really appreciate hearing from any of you girls who have had SRS.

Thanks in advance,
Sophie

Welcome to Susan's Place. Can it be done, yes. Has it been done, yes. It is a good idea, I don't think so. At the end of 6 weeks you are still recovering from your surgery so your body isn't 100%. Surgeons I know about suggest a 6 month spacing between elective surgeries in order to allow the body to heal enough before the next surgery. Placing surgeries close together risks healing issues and an extended recovery period. When I had my nose done, I could resume my normal schedule two days after surgery. Maybe you should consider making a 4 day week end out of the surgery 6 months latter.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

Suporns recovery is more difficult that for other surgeons, so you may not be as recovered as you might expect. However women do fly back from Thailand without dilating for a while. I'd probably ask the clinic for advice.

Perhaps you could get Suporn to do your nose at the same time?

Hi girls,

Thanks for your quick replies.
Id like to hear from girls who have had SRS with Suporn to hear how possible/difficult it might be.

I've had several surgeries and know it isn't advised to do have them so close. (But it would help me (in other aspects)  significantly to do so, hence my question of whether it is possible/difficult).

Btw my face turns completely black and blue after the rhino, hence it would be another 3 weeks off work (which isn't acceptable).

So girls, is there anyone who has had SRS with Suporn and could advise me?
Thanks, Sophie
