I did and he said he wants to make sure the person is committed. If and when I go on HRT, I'll just do it, with or without the therapist's letter. The other thing that crossed my mind though is that maybe he said that to get a reaction from me. Most of my therapy with him has been about non-trans issues anyway, although on our last visit he gave me a challenge with regards to being out as it were. I'm going to have to read WPATH as that's what he says he follows, at least for the most part.
