Im finally going to get some serious attention where I work now about my dysphoria and the dress code and all. It all come up about me wanting to leave awhile back, some wanted to know why and find a way I would stay and why I wanted to leave. I told them and it looks like this time, they are taking me serious.

Hopefully today and last week is a sign of seriousness about this. Only a few know as I wanted it this way. I openly said in a letter that Im a girl inside. I had been written up a few years ago for breaking the male dress code meaning all guys must wear a collared shirt. I got a copy of it back then of being written up and changed all the he's, his and him to female pronouns. I made a copy of it and put it in the letter to show this issue is nothing new. I went into much more deeper detail about this all this time and think this is having an impact.

I might get exempt from the male dress code for once and the even worse one they were thinking about. I told them Im not looking to transition but that I do things to keep the dysphoria down. I gave some examples of those that has caused my dysphoria to go bad and the places dysphoria can take one. I spoke in the letter about how I dress more gender neutral, my fears on this new idea of a dress code and so on. I mentioned some of the struggles I go through because of who I am.

Im told they are going to talk about it and see what can be done. This is very good news considering where I live, people like me are not thought of in the best way and so we have to be more quiet about who we are. Im already pretty quiet about who I am and have trouble taking about it.

I have my reasons for not transitioning but I do hope one day people can meet larisa. I said in the letter that the guy everyone does know is a very real person. I know the girl I am inside is real to and would love the world to meet her.
