I don't usually put too much weight look at pictures on the surgeons sites, because you don't know how representative they are of what you'll get. Like comparing a McDonalds burger to whats shown on the menu. You don't even know if it real when you get right down to it.
Anyway, I thought the pictures on Dr Kamol's site were not quite right - but then no surgeon is quite right if you look close enough. The posterior commisure could do with revision (which happens with other surgeons), but also it doesn't look so great inside in some of them. There's seems to be some hair and the shapes is a bit wrong inside. I don't know how that compares to PAI as I've not seen enough of their work.
The good thing with Dr Kamol is that photo's are quite clear - most surgeons don't show them like that, so you don't know what you're getting.
