One of the more profound lessons I have learned in this journey is that this "whole thing" is another job. You have to work at it. You have to commit. It's a lot of work!!! Doctors, body, face, clothes, nails, hair, voice, walking, family, friends, job, etc., ... arggg!! You have to deal with the arseholes and doubters just like any job. You have to motivate yourself because like other jobs, others may wish to see you fail. You have to realize your most ardent critics may not only not understand you, but on some level may be jealous of you. You must realize that there is no time ship, device, or "butterfly effect" that you can use to "go back" and change anything about who you are. You can only understand that today is the youngest you will ever be, and take advantage of that, weather you are 19 or 69. Today is your day to be who you are. Today is your day to add something to build on that. No matter how small that contribution is today, in the end, it will all accumulate. Take every little step you can to be who are. I am Sinclair, and I will never give up, because she is my true nature. I am Sinclair, resistance is futile.  8)

That's why RLE is so important.  I always say, "When it comes to being a woman, there's really nothing like on-the-job training."
