One of the girls woke me up in the middle of the night last night. Umm, get off me, she said. I was sleeping on my stomach, the way I have since childhood. If I don't move the boobs exactly the right way so they're not right under me, I get notified with a sharp pain. OMG. Did anyone else have to shift to sleeping on their sides? Is it hard to get used to?

I totally get what you mean. I have slept on my stomach as long as I can remember. At least to fall asleep anyway. the only way I could get to sleep. In the last year or so I have gone to my side only and usually wake up on my back. Which based on my previous sleep study is what normally happens. Doesn't seem to work that way for my wife though.

Take care,
Dana

  Hi Lauren,

I normally sleep on my side and have for decades now. Sleeping on your side doesn't necessarily solve the problem.
I doesn't take much pressure on the girls to illicit that sharp ouchie that says don't roll any further. Mine are still small but they make their presence known.

  Hugs,
    Jeanette

I can sleep through anything, literally anything.  Tornado, Sandstorm, Wife doing stuff to me, vacuuming in the room, Train, Bug bites......  I haven't had this problem, yet, and sleep on my stomach all the time.  Been 6 months and the wife playing with them hurts, and going down stairs hurts, sleeping on them, nothing.  Of course they are about an A cup right now so don't take up a lot of space.
All the worlds a joke, and the people, merely punchlines

Oh yeah I slept on my stomach and my breasts were aching when I woke up.  But I was also happy that they are getting sensitive.

I usually fall asleep initially on my side, but end up getting most of my sleep on my stomach.  But the last few nights, my boobs have been protesting.  There's not much to protest: I am not even close to being an A cup.  But they are sure there!  I am going to have to be careful and listen to them.

I've found that if you sleep high on your pillow, your girls may rest lightly in the space between the pillow & the mattress.

I'm not *really* complaining, believe me. Glad to know I'm in good company.

Tech-girl = genius. I will definitely try the pillow trick.

I've had boobs since I was twelve. So they've always been "almost" B's. Now since HRT, they haven't gotten bigger yet but I notice that they are heavier (in the center), like denser. You know they're there.

I  can sleep on my stomach and the girls don't bother me, but when I finally get up and take the pressure off of them, oh lord do they hurt then.
