account creation problems

The log in/create account page on the wiki site has no option for creating an account, it just has a log in option.

Below your avatar on the left of the page you will see below small icons.  Click on the one that looks like a small balloon (callout) and you will be taken to the PM screen.  You can also email me, my email is wikiadmin@susans.org

There's no balloon below my avatar, there is just an envelope icon, a profile icon, and a yahoo icon. I seem to have limited access to certain things on this site. It won't let me view profiles or upload a real photo of myself to my profile page.
