I was at work when I discovered the new guys dress code they were gonna put in place has already been going on. This was what I was fighting against. I wrote a letter to a few people there weeks back like 4 weeks ago about my gender dysphoria and all warning of how it would affect me. Well I noticed today that all the guys there were in dress pants, dress shoes and all. I asked a few guys there if that new dress code had been started which I was told yes.

I realized I had won this fight to be exempt. It was like for once I was treated like every other girl who didnt need to know since this dress code didn't apply to them. Thankfully I dont have to worry now!!

That's terrific news, congratulations.  So did they only add a new male dress code or is there a new women's dress code as well?
