Based on internal web log processing I show 3,417,511 Users made 5,324,115 Visits Accounting for 199,729,420 pageviews and 8.954.49 TB of data transfer for 2017, all on a little over $2,000 per month.

I'm also going with Dr. Wittenberg! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want to chat. My surgery is on October 25.

I don't believe I had to sign an arbitration agreement when I had my consultation but it could be new. Either way, I wasn't letting it change my plans. I'm happy to have a date

Edit to add: I'm also a lawyer in case you have arbitration questions and, FYI my insurance pulled the same switcheroo with Dr Crane last year.
