So before you go through puberty you take hormone blockers to stop you from going through puberty naturally and then you take the desired hormones does your sperm or eggs mature? Say your an ftm you blocked the female puberty before going through it then you start going through male puberty are your eggs fertile? Can you still have children while going through male puberty?

I haven't done much research on FTM but I'd wager it's pretty similar... MTF hormones cause infertility in just a few months, I'd imagine the effect is perhaps more severe in those who start before puberty. It becomes permanent eventually as well.

Double post, but apparently the science for FTM is even sketchier than that for MTF, so at this time there's no good answer other than some men have stopped their testosterone and gotten pregnant, had birth... But then some women have been able to put things on hold to father children as well, and permanent infertility for us is pretty well documented...

Well like not stopping T can you still get pregnant.  like you never went through female pregnancy and your using T and don't stop it  also getting top surgery. can you get pregnant? Like how would your breast feed if you don't have breasts and how would you have a child because your eggs never matured because you went through male puberty and not female

The eggs are already mature when you are a child. That's how there have been (very unfortunate/awful) cases of people becoming pregnant at age 5 or 6. So technically yes, all you need is for sperm to come into contact with an egg within a human body and it can attach itself to the body lining and grow. A fertilized egg can implant itself into almost any internal body lining (aka an ectopic pregnancy), it doesn't have to be a mature uterus.

If you had not developed breast tissue I am not sure, potentially pregnancy hormones can (and does) accelerate its development.
