  Hi Digicat,

I'm Jeanette, 64, MtF, HRT pill popper since December, and unofficial greeter.

I would like to welcome you to Susan's Place and invite you to come on in and get comfortable. Here you can find a lot of good people that will try to help you with almost anything related to transgender issues.
You have a good start on getting help by telling your therapist. I just had my first gender therapist meeting today. There is a lot of good information on this site. I would suggest starting in the WIKI area. I looked in the wiki and found some information on HRT for you. I'll post a link to it.

I am sure you will also get responses from others relating their personal experiences.

I started HRT with Spironolactone and Estradiol in December.  Many say the first thing you feel is a better state of mind or a peaceful or relief feeling.  Every is different and get different levels of results. After a few weeks my chest got tender/sore under the nipple area and I notice my chest was getting a bit more fat building up. Then i started feeling and seeing some breast development. Now after 3 months I can almost fill the cups of a 38A bra.
I know it isn't much of what you want to know but it is a start.

  Welcome and Hugs,
   Jeanette
