'In what could be argued was the most important gay vote ever taken in Congress, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 235 to 184 Wednessday night to approve the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA). Passage came after openly gay Rep. Barney Frank made an emotional plea to his colleagues.'
