I went to the courthouse today to file a petition for a name change and when I walked in the three police men that work the security entrance called me ma'am  and I wasn't wearing any makeup. I'm so happy I don't have to waste time putting on a crap load of makeup to just go anywhere.

I'll second Niki's thoughts here.  First of all, congratulations, that's awesome.  Both the passing without makeup and the name change process!!  I too look forward to a day when I can do the same.  I just this morning put on one of my wigs just to see what pre-HRT no makeup looked like and it was dreadful.  I looked like Eddie Vedder.
