Hi everybody :) (again haha) I'm Alanna, and I'm a MtF trans, I'm 27 years old, I come all the way from a really small city called Aguascalientes, in Mexico.

So after 1 year of being put to tests, and spending an awful lot of money on psychiatrists, my endo, and a Gastroenterologist I was finally able to get medication for HRT, and believe, where I live it is a PAIN to be authorized for something like this, they basically don't care and we're left alone to self-medicate most of the time, good thing I found some doctors that at least are willing to check on me, but anyways, for some reason everytime I look for something Trans-related I end up here, so I guess this is where I'm supposed to be.

I've suffered my fair share when it comes to "getting out of the closet" as maybe some of you have, maybe in another post we'll talk about it :)

I hope we can become friends, I'll be sure to try and help and talk too

P.S.: how can I put a pic on my profile? :(

Hi, Alanna!

I think you'll find many kindred souls here, folks who have had a struggle to get the treatment they needed.  I hope you'll find some new friends here.

I hope you feel welcome here.

I also want to share some links with you. They are mostly welcome information and the rules that govern the site. This includes the information on putting a picture up on your account, and when you can do it.  If you have not had a chance to take a look, please take a moment to go through them.

Once again, welcome to Susan's. Look around, ask questions and join in.
