I hope not every day.  I do adore Costco pizzas as opposed to the chains.  We have a MOD pizza shop not far from home and their wood fired pizzas are the bomb.

I honestly LOVE Costcos eatery! I recall on fond memory in 1999 at age 5 while living back in Victoria getting a Costco pizza with my dad :).. However, know when I go i just get the hot dog and drink deal for like $1.50 or so, and a side of fries and gravey... Or if I got no cash then my mom gets a poutine from Costco and we split it while i eat around the cheese curds ;)

Woah.

Wait a second.

They sell poutine at Costco in Canada?  I seriously need to volunteer to fill in at work the next time they need some help up in the great white north.

Hahaha yup ^.^. Poutine is as Canadian as snow so it is sold just about everywhere.Even most McDonalds sells poutines. In regards to Costco i miss the ones in Western Canada. Both the ones in Victoria British Columbia and Winnipeg Manitoba use beef gravey for the fries. All the Costcos in Ontario that I have been to use like a chicken gravey ... not as good for fries IMO

^.^ Come move up here!!  Enjoy universal health care, a simpler political party naming of Conservative Party vs Liberal Party, where LGBT people are respected but given privacy and just a great land with snow :)!!! and if you dont like the snow 4 months of the year then you can always live in the far milder BC coast where during winter all you may need is a sweater.. or sometimes it is hot enough for short sleeves sometimes. Though, there has been talk of the nation of Turks and Caicos becoming one of Canadas Provinces or Terroritorries whcih is located in the tropics or south of Florida so yay for Canadas lil Hawaii ;).

Ohh plus Poutines and Donairs :D!!!

Well would you look at that?  I've got all the ingredients at home already.  I am definitely giving this a whirl tomorrow night assuming I don't get stranded by an airline.  Thanks!
Definitely!

I end up adding in some onion, garlic, and garlic and herb powder along with some oregano to either the crust, sauce or both.

When melting the cheese I microwave, stir repeat until mostly gooey- 15 seconds at a time in microwave. I add in cream cheese before it's completely melted, and microwave both to get a good blend.

Other big tip is to mix up the psyllium husk and spices in a small cup/bowl then mix it into the almond flour. Slowly add in almond flower mixture 1/3 at a time to cheese mixture. The cheese has an issue of not distributing the seasoning /husk very well and you end up with big clumps of seasoning and husk- making for an uneven texture/taste.

Just made this again tonight. Sooo good.

I thought only Maritimers knew about Donairs   All my Maritime friends grumble because they can't get a good one in Ontario. :)

You would think so but no, i have known about Donairs for years :). One of my top fav food!, In Petawawa we have a Maritime pizza change called Greco that serves donairs (of course) so i tend to fetch a bite there at times. I have heard that the Greco donair in the Atlantic provinces is better but oh well, i like donairs in any case. In Western Canada I have noticed most donairs are replaced by the Gyro which is in many ways similar, just instead of sweet sauce they use Taziki sauce :)

So I nearly did get stranded by Delta so I didn't get to try it until last night.  I thought I had psyllium husk in the cabinet but it was ground flax seed.  I decided to give it a whack anyway with what I had on hand and substituted the flax for the psyllium.  And it came out GREAT!

Thanks for pointing this out it is by far the best low carb pizza crust I've ever tried.

So glad you liked it. I've fallen in love with that crust.  It's definitely finding good substitutes for staple comfort food that has allowed me to adhere to the low carb lifestyle.

Breakfast.  ;D But if I have to pick one thing specifically it would be biscuits and gravy. With a side of bacon of course. I could eat that all day every day. And I probably would if I wasn't too lazy to cook.

That's like the sample rule. Be it a candy store, the deli counter, a Costco. Samples don't contain any calories right?
