So much hate in the world.  I just can't imagine what's going through this bully's mind.  Sociopath? Compensating?  Narcissist looking for attention?  Or is it the old God thing and he thinks we'll bring the wrath of god down on the earth?

I suppose someone that screwed up wouldn't necessarily provide a coherent answer if asked.

Take care,
Paige :)

I feel it is probably more of a result of parents (who probably have some of those things going on or simply are unwilling to bend their mindset) who have taught their son hate and misinformation.
I know many people who do not understand the science behind gender v sex and who cannot get past the idea that they are not connected. Sadly these people say many things similar to what this boy said. All things that would easily lead a child in their care to think those things.

My guess is this child is a bully normally, and so this behavior was not out of the ordinary.... but.... and I hate to say this.... many of the people I know who think being trans is a disease/made-up would be rather happy at the thought of using violence to put a trans person in their place. or... "knock some sense into them"

The more serious problem here is the people running the school. If this is what it takes to get action out of them what is the every day culture like in that place?
