I sometimes want to have both sex. SURGICALLY,  it is not possible to keep the penis and make a vaginal opening?

However, I think that it is possible to keep the scrotum and make a vaginal opening. I want to know about this surgery.

Things that you should read

No. This topic means vaginoplasty w/o orchi and w/ penectomy.

Your best bet is to contact the surgeons directly and ask them about the outcome you are looking for. They could probably point you to a colleague if it isn't a procedure that they perform themselves. Good luck!

There's always a way, it depends on how much money you are willing to spend to convince someone to do it. Penile inversion already uses the scrotal tissue to a substantial degree if not completely, so there would have to be additional skin grafts taken from somewhere. Just watch one of the GRS youtube vids or animations and you can see where the tissues are reassigned.

I'm not passing any judgment on you here, but given the WPATH standards of care that most GRS surgeons require, you may find getting the appropriate documentation a bigger challenge.
Seriously, I'm just winging it like everyone else. Sometimes it works, other times -- not so much. HRT 2003 - FFS|Orch 2005 - GCS 2017 - No Regrets EVER!
