There isn't much you can do however the good news is Testosterone has a half life of about a week in the body. This means in about a week, your far lower than they are now and you should be feeling better. On the other hand, the estrogen should leave the body far faster as the form it's in has a half life of a few hours.

Yes, this happened to me after my hysto. Since my body was no longer producing estrogen that the T had to suppress, the amount I was injecting was too much and some of it was converting to E. Had lots of fatigue. I ended up reducing my dose by 20% and now everything is great.
