My RLE date was based on impending male fail.  So at that point, I switched from sports compression bra in male mode and breast forms in female mode to a simple padded bra in full-time girl mode.  Even with the padding, the girls are kind of little, but I know women with much smaller boobs, so I'm happy.

As can be seen, everybody has their own approach to what is needed to be comfortable starting RLE. For me, I was four months into hrt when I began RLE. The RLE was triggered by my wife and I realizing that I was/am transgendered and totally out of control of that. My choices were to die or to go full time. We decided to just do it and came out full time in one day (truth be told I was out half to three quarter time before that point). My girls were small A's at the time and I was wearing a 36A pushup bra and sometimes augmented them with silicone wedges (sometimes called cutlets). I will be hitting my one year mark on hrt later this month and am seven plus months into RLE. My girls are now just pushing past 36Bs into C cups and being able to let go of forms or enhancers has really helped my "feel" of authenticity or realness; that and my hair growing out enough to let go of the hair piece has been great. Now just waiting for November and SRS...... - Anne
