Mental break down today.

I was at work today..... and the depression,  anxity, coming to parents and al ot of stuff . Today I lost it at work.... Dizzy,  blurred vision,  unable to focus.    I am at the hospital now.... please keep me in you best wishes

Mikka you will be ok you are in good hands  at the hospital. Sometimes we get overwhelmed by the enormity of what it is we are trying to do... so be kind to yourself.

I wish you well.  It sounds like you had a panic attack.  I had them for eleven years -- chest pains, irregular heartbeats, dizziness, light headed feelings, nausea, cramps, back pains, neck pains, TMJ flare ups, throat, closing up, and more.

It finally ended when I started transitioning, but I still have them when I have to present male.

I hope you feel better! Liz is right, the stress and anxiety of trying to be true to ourselves, layered on the other stresses in life can be overwhelming! Saw another feed about yoga and meditation, and I will say it helped me a lot!

Thank You for everyone's support I got released about 1hr ago.  This part would be interesting.Yes I had a panic attack, but here is the fun part.  When I was in the First Aid room, they asked what meds I was on. I said..Spiro and Estrace.  The first time in my life I am happy while sick. I didn't even hesitate, HRT to become more female.  Then one of the paramedics asked me whats my name i said Mikka.  And then when the medics at my work had to talk to the people who drive the ambulance about me and my health, the Manage and Supervisor provally heard that i was MTF. When I got in the hospital waited a while blood work urine work and rest then the Dr came and asked me questions..This feeling all started to go all down hill ever since I told my parents as trans and after 28 years. and my past depression and he said yeah its a big step.then he said I will find you a crisis worker and she will help you out. She gave me all the panflits about LGBTQ support groups in Toronto.  Today was the best trans day of my life. from work to the hospital. 
Anyways I got prescribed some anti depressants..Im going to bed now. Thank You ALL
