Everything I know on the subject is from googling each issue separately, and most of it comes from forums, so anecdotal... But from what I gather an MTF can expect a slow process of "redistributing" fat to more feminine areas, which will feminize the hips, butt, and thighs significantly, as well as the face. In addition, muscle mass will decrease leading to a reduction in strength, and smaller measurements all around, unless the individual is very young (teens at latest) there will be no bone changes, so things like a brow ridge will remain, and hips will be slightly thinner than they would have been if they were born female.
Breasts happen, most report slightly smaller than family, but there are outliers with more. As always ymmv
That much you can take as fact, the rest is unconfirmed, half truth, not medically accurate..
Some people report subtle changes in their voice, everything I've read says that shouldn't happen though. Some also report a couple inches height lost, this could be due to other factors. Hands and feet will remain largely the same, some report they get slightly smaller, but still not small enough, due to muscles and fat changes. I've heard of increased attraction to men, reduced attraction to women, I've also heard both weight loss is way harder, and the pounds just melt off. Probably because women have more fat, but less muscle, those who are trying to lose fat find it harder, and those who aren't lose muscle mass leading to weight loss.
Some people say their behavior naturally becomes more feminine, others say they work very hard at it, the truth is probably a mix of both.
I think that about sums up my research on the subject...
