After being absent for a couple years, Im logging back on to see if I can get advice from any of you wonderful wise people on here.
A while back I broached this subject and I believe "Ayden" spoke to me a bit, but now that my plans are more cemented and not so vague, Im looking for some help.
Im in the UK and my girlfriend and I have been offered a job in China, up by the border of Mongolia and Russia, so we wont be in a big city. This starts in August, and I have been trying to figure out my hormone situation. I am wondering if anyone knows anything about the legality of bringing T over?
I have been on T over 8 years. I started on Sustanon (injected by my nurse) but moved to Nebido (still injected by my nurse) after a year. Ever since I began I have been trying to get permission to learn to self inject. Itd just make life easier not to have to plan a trip to the Drs every whenever. Also Im the type who likes to travel and I hate feeling like I have to fit everything around these appointments to get T injected.
The original plan was to go away with Nebido, and just get it injected by a nurse out there, every 3 months. However last month Ive just switched back to Sustanon every 3weeks, and my girlfriend and I are both learning to inject it for me/self inject so that I don't have to be dependent on health services.
Anyway, Ive learnt I will need to bring over a year's supply of T, wherever I go abroad, and apply for a controlled drug's license (as it is classed as a controlled drug). Ill also go abroad with a Drs note as well as the prescriptions and T in all original packaging.
I have tried contacting the embassy to enquire about moving to China with a prescribed controlled drug. They pointed me in the direction of customs, who are extremely difficult to contact via email/phone (even with the help of my Chinese friend here).
I just want to ensure I will be okay entering the country with, what is classed as a controlled drug/steroid, even with all my evidence that its mine and prescribed, I don't want to get in trouble/arrested etc etc.
My situation could either be I fly out with 20 or so Sustanon injections and I/my girlfriend inject them. Or 4 Nebido injections and I get it injected by a nurse. I still haven't decided which yet (my Dr is flexible with which to prescribe) but either way, I need the controlled drug license and reassurance that I can enter China with such a drug.
I have been fully post op for a few years now, so that side of things is no concern.
Does anyone have any knowledge about how things work in China?
