Thank you for posting your journey and your issues. It helps me immensely to see how some have similar difficult situations to deal with and how they deal with them. I'm so glad I found this forum. It has helped me so much, and I just wanted to say that I find the courage in here inspiring. I too have had doubts, troubles, and angst. I thank all of you for sharing your stories. It has helped push me along the path I know I must complete. :)

I don't think I'm alone, but just wanted to shout out and say thank you for being part of this community and sharing. I honestly believe if this forum had been around when I was in college I would not have lost a friend. You all help me, and I feel so much better being who I am.

Hi Sinclair,

You're most welcome. It's what we do here. By sharing what we are going through we not only receive help from others but we also help others.

  Hugs,

I Agree.  For the longest time I used this sight as a free therapist.  Other's opinions are just as valuable as professionals.

That's a key point! IMO, I don't care what your education level is, if one has not personally experienced what we are going through, one can't completely understand it. Of course there is value from getting counsel from professionals, but I have gained important real life insight from the posters here that my therapist can't provide. I get important feedback from my therapist, but I get info, insights, and stories from all of you that help put my life into context, and help me understand who I am. :icon_chick:
