It is possible for genetic women to ejaculate clear fluid like you describe. It is rare and I only know one woman who has done this. She is a very sensual woman and has only had this experience once in her life but it was mind blowing for her.

I definitely do sometimes. The liquid is similar to what cis women describe (and similar to my usual lubrication, just more of it at once). I think it's pretty cool; it doesn't feel or look anything like ejaculation did, and it's only maybe half a teaspoon of liquid. I'm amazed that I not only ended up self-lubricating but can squirt.
