I recently received my latest blood results and I am waiting for the appointment with my doctor.

My T is at 20, no worry there

My E is at 407 though and i know thats like peak ovulation levels for women

My question is: I take my meds 3x a day at the same time and it so happened that my mid day dose was an hour before my blood test so would that have made it spike?

I am slightly concerned they will reduce my dose because of the levels but my progress has been phenomenal the last 3 months. If my timing could spike it I want to tell her that first thing before she even mentions my levels.

Or am I worrying for nothing and others have had their E hit the 400s before without change?

Thanks :)

My doctor had me targeted at 400. I asked her if I could stay at 600 because I felt great when my levels went there after a dosage change.
She has adjusted my dosage to stay at 600. We both believe you have to consider how you feel rather than just look at the numbers.

Exactly.   My doctor had me targeted at 400-450 and at my last blood test I was at 762.   However I felt great and was seeing some awesome physical effects, so we've kept it there and will reassess at the next appointment four months afterwards.

My estrogen hovered around 400, but then went up to 800 overnight, felt hornier than a billy goat.  Postie toasty

Hm my sex drive has been nonexistant for a long time. E levels havent changed that for me

Overnight? Did you get blood tests back to back days?

My E levels ranged from 1,000-4,000 pg/ml, doctors were fine as long as I was feeling good and lab tests showed everything else to be normal. Several studies and pregnancy have suggested that high estradiol levels pose little risk, overall. Route of administration and especially the type of estrogen will determine health risks rather than levels.
