Need advice on grs surgery how is PAI?

It seems that I would be able to get my surgery this year if all works well but I can't decide on my budget where to go. Locally we have Kevin Adams here in South Africa and I have seen pictures of his work and I am very disappointed.  So that leaves me with PAI is there any PAI girls on here or possible Adams girls that could vouch to their skills. Looks is important to me I want it as close as possible to the real thing. I am scared as hell that I end up with something that doesn't look like the real thing or close too it.The surgery at pai also works out to a bit cheaper than locally. It is only the pain of getting everything ready to go aboard.

I really don't know maybe because we have we exchange currency we are currently 13.80 zar to 1 usd

Ooooohhhh ok [emoji1476] but I hear they do a fab job and plus they are in a real hospital and not some clinic type setting. So you should be in good hands

Without knowing what the surgical results look like, I am unsure if the results you saw where real or not. Just for your education you should look up vulva on wikipedia and see just how much variation there can be in appearance. I now understand why the way my surgery appears in a locker room environment has never been questioned. If I spread my legs, the difference would be noticed but not normally.

The results I saw was not good one vulva just looked like two holes there was no lips or clitoris and it was full of hair. The other had this little pink thing sticking out that is supposedly the clitoris. I am asking is the pai girls happy with their results does it look authentic? Because these looks like burn victims locally too me.
