Do you cook breakfast? What are some of the dishes you prepare?

Heart attack on a plate.  2 sausages, 2 bacon, black pudding, fried egg, tomato, beans, mushrooms. Enough cholesterol to sink a battleship! These are for guests, I don't bother eating til about lunchtime

Morning folks,

  This morning's offering is a  scramble with just a few items. Two eggs, bacon, hot Italian sausage, chorizo, sliced elephant garlic, jalapenos, yellow and red onion, rainbow peppers and spinach. I think that was all. It was a little on the spicy side.. just how I like it ;-).

Today was simple comfort food. Egg rich French toast made with thick sliced cinnamon swirl bread, a couple of sausage links, some old fashion molasses syrup and strong black coffee, apple cinnamon tea for my sweet heart, all consumed late enough in the morning to be considered decadent.

  I have a frozen baggie of my first poblano sauce set aside in my freeze for you. I also need to do something with these five poblano peppers I bought a day or so ago.

I just finished making a breakfast casserole ready for the oven as soon as my lazy ass dad, brother and boyfriend get up. Eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onion, peppers, sun dried tomatoes and tater tots. Yes, tater tots. My brother loves tater tots so I keep them on hand. But they are small and bite size so I thought why not put them in the casserole.  The hashbrowns I usually make wouldn't work well in a casserole. The thought of them sleeping peacefully is sweet. It makes me want to vacuum the upstairs and play loud music.  Lol

  Well it sounds good but I still want to see pictures before you get my seal of approval. I am on my first cup of coffee still so I haven't given a thought to breakfast yet.

  I vote both music loud enough to be heard over the vacuuming.

I'll see if I can get a picture of it after I cook it. It's just such a pain to post pictures with Imgur. I wish you could just post them directly from my phone gallery.  I forgot to mention the cheese.  Light cheddar.  What would a breakfast casserole be without cheese??  Well sure the music has to be loud enough to hear over the vacuum. Well went for the big breakfast this morning. Ran out of rocket and tomatoes a couple of days ago so ended up very protein heavy.

Chicken Snags, Bacon, Egg, Fish, Toast & Hollandaise - Not exactly healthy but at 4:00 in the morning who cares

  For myself I had a mundane breakfast of 4 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and some salted tomato slices.

Sorry  Tammy I  guess my question wasn't understood with my comment on rocket. I meant I had to find that one out previously as the terminology is (to me) foreign. What I actually wanted to know is what made up the contents on your plate. I see a soft boiled egg on very light toast, hash brown patty I think and a long sausage of some sort. I'm not sure what the last item is but my guess is Canadian bacon.  How did I do? At least I do not see any Vegemite.

 Today was a simple breakfast of potato with bacon, onions and bell peppers seasoned with rosemary, salt and cracked pepper, 3 breakfast sausages, 1 fired egg and well salted tomato slices.

have just porridge and banana or fry up when I have a day of but for a change did a Laurie and cooked bacon, chopped it up then threw in mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red and green peppers and some left over mixed veg (peas, sweet corn , baby carrots and beans) then 3 beaten eggs , just picture a messy omelette, messy but tasty.
