Good evening from Denmark.

I'm looking for a travel insurance for bottom surgery or something that covers cosmetics surgery, e.t.c. I need a international or European insurance company if it shall cover for me.

As well I'm curious if I chose dr. chettawut or PAI in Thailand if it'll give worse result if I get my testicles removed before surgery.

Also is chettawut or PAI a good place?

I could be wrong, but I thought travel insurance was intended for accident or illness that occurred while travelling, not scheduled elective surgery.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

Pretty sure travel insurance doesn't cover medical tourism. If you find out otherwise definitely let us know!

I've read its quite difficult to find general travel insurance that covers you when you're on a trip for medical reasons. I have heard of people getting it though, and successfully claiming on it, so it must be possible.

The big names in Thailand for SRS are Suporn and Chettawut, on English language sites anyway. There's many other surgeons there, but they are not spoken about so much. Suporn is about 50% more expensive than Chettawut and has an 18 month wait list vs 4 months (I think).

There's a few posts here about PAI, so its worth searching. This one's really good.

I believe PAI is relatively cheap and has a short wait list.

Suporn will refuse surgery if you have done the orchi the wrong way. Its on his website. I don't know about the other surgeons. Any reason you want to get an orchi first, rather than just go for SRS? Have you already done it?

I can't post the link here, but if you want to see some photo's of surgeons results search for "A collection of links to photos of SRS results".
