Hi there!! I've been on hormones for about 8 months give or take, mostly on the injections, was on pills for a few months bc of a shortage in the injections in my area. BUT I'm wondering about my breast growth, my nipples & areolas are beautiful, from the front my breasts look like they have an okay, nice shape, but from the side they're so pointy! My little sister who's 14 said they look like hers when she started puberty at 11 LOL LOL.. So I'm just wondering, since I don't want implants, when will they round out more? <They have become so> sore to the point where I could barely touch them. Will I have to get implants or will this pointy shape hopefully go away? I just turned 21 in december so I started HRT pretty young.
Thanks in advance!!

Either time (2-3 yrs) will round them out or some progesterone (bio-identical).
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

Plus, your sister is completely correct and for the completely correct reason... You just started puberty! You are playing catch-up with fifth graders. Progesterone helps round them out, but still - you have to catch up with middle school girls, and you aren't growing any faster than they are. Paaaatience. :)

Welcome to puberty. I have the same situation and I'm 65. I plan to enjoy them while I can.

Yes! Thank you, I've been on progesterone since the start.

Apparently starting on a high initial E does can in some cases cause cone boobs - did you start low and ramp-up or start with a high E dose?

Cone boobs is how boobs look like in the beginning, it's perfectly normal, occurs in young girls who have very low E levels.

I had cone shaped boobs during my first year of HRT, then they rounded out and the right got larger than the left boob. Boobs seem to have a mind of their own. They do what they want.
