Canned

Was watching a programme called when 1960s TV goes horribly wrong. Last one was about a 1960 surreal series called turn on canned in the middle of S1

And had me thinking what other programs were canned after the 1st series.

One that I know of was hail honey I am home which was canned after episode 1

Duck Patrol  was binned after 1 series. It was a "comedy" (I've had more laughs at the dentist) about a River  Thames police unit. Even the great Richard Wilson couldn't save this!
