First appointment suddenly moved up

I had my first HRT appointment for months from now that just got suddenly moved up to next week. It's a mix of  😄 and 😱

I don't know if those emojis show up here... Excitement and anxiousness, lol

 Now dag-nab-it Danielle don't you fret so.  Sure it's a wee bit scary but believe me young lady they won't hurt you.
In this game we are playing the sooner, the better. Go get your HRT and get the journey started.

I'll probably need at least one more after this one, since I'm going to ask about sperm storage... I called a place and was basically told I'd need a doctor's referral, which is strange to me... But it is what it is, it's not super critical since I don't have anyone in mind to have a baby with, but "just in case" is a good enough reason.

I found that when those appointments and milestones that seemed so far away finally got close, it seemed all of a sudden like things were moving so fast!  In the end, I've been so happy that I chose to move forward at each step.  They're not going to make you do anything, it's still your choice.  And you'll have more options after the appointment than before.  Oh, and one last thing.  Tell us WHAT HAPPENS!  Good luck.

Figured I'd update after my appointment, she (the endocrinologist) ordered labs, I'm supposed to go get them done tomorrow morning. She's not sure if I'm intersex or not, as I've got half the symptoms of some things, but not others, wants to check my labs, if T is too low sperm banking may be pointless, but my beard and hairline indicate a definite presence of T...

So we'll be taking about a regiment next time, after labwork

  Thank you for posting an update and not leaving us hanging. See that wasn't so bad now was it? And now that the ice is broken you can go to future meets with out all those nasty little fears.  You done good girl.
