Hi sisters,

I'm a 23 year old Thai transgender and I've just booked my SRS appointment with Dr. Burin at PAI this 11 July 2017 and I'm curious about how did you guys prepare yourself mentally because I'm a little scared to be honest even though I'm certain that I've picked the right doctor for myself, I guess it's because I'm only human and it's normal to have fears or anxiety prior my surgery day?

I'm just a little worried that it might not be 100% completely successful like I wish it would be and then I'd feel a bit like failure constantly anxious about my vagina. Anyway I am just curious about experiences you all have had or perhaps I just need a prep talk.. haha look forward to hearing from you beautiful ladies!

Hi Kennie,
Anony so very kindly let me know that you posted on the Forum. I lve in Bkk, speak and write thai and had my surgeries at PAI. I also have a foundation here to help TGs in Asia. I live in the city centre at Pleonchit. Please let me know if I can help in any way.
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

Hi warlockmaker,

I've read your post about your experiences and I must say it's one of the reasons why I picked PAI, although I've read that most of our sisters on this website when they come to PAI, they'd choose Dr. Sutin for their SRS. Do you think there's any differences between Dr. Sutin and Dr. Burin when it comes to SRS?

They are both excellent and have a weath of experience. PAI has not pushed the srs to westerners until recently and Dr Burin normally handles the Asian clients in the past. Dr Sutin mostly worked with westerners. Nowadays their work load has increased substantially and its a matter of who is available. They do have their own minor aesthetics preferences in regards to the labia minora.

My assistant was the former ward head nurse at Piyavate Hospital, where the surgery is done for srs and worked alot with both surgeons. You can talk with her directly if you wish, she is Thai. My phone here is 0940544232.
