Hey there.

We're Brian and Carina (although usually we go by this nickname when online). We're bigendered/two-spirited/admittedly unfamiliar with the terms, 17 years old, and we had our realization a couple of weeks ago, so we're what you'd call unexperienced.

EDIT
Alright, we get it. We tend not to read the ToS as they're rarely anything but simple, common sense. Reading now. Got it. Strict, this place, but we suppose it might be necessary considering the subject.

Fine, if you wish, we'll copy/paste instead. Almost as lazy.

QuoteHi there. We're Brian and Carina, 17 years old, two-spirited/bigendered. For some unknown reason, we decided to create a blog, and here we are.

I, Brian, grew up always thinking there was something weird about me. At times I had an interest in things typically associated with girls; toys, clothes, anything. Then sometimes, I was just an ordinary boy. Not only did my interests vary every so often, but I changed, I was a different person. My typical emotions, reactions and even my skills varied a lot. I was weird, and I didn't know why.

Probably about half a year ago, I started questioning my sexuality. Part of me had always been a bit of a sissy, and somehow, only at certain times I felt attracted to men. But like everything else, this wasn't constant. I was always open to the possibility, at least a little, so I supposed I could consider myself bisexual. Still, that didn't satisfy me. Why did my preference in partners vary all the time? There had to be something more.

Then, suddenly, as late as a couple of weeks ago, I realized something. The last weeks had been a more or less constant google and wikipedia search. I wanted to know what was wrong with me. Little did I know, nothing was. Instead, after reading some articles about related subjects, I discovered there was just too much right. I was bigendered. Or two-spirited. Or both. I wasn't really sure what the terms meant.

In any case, I realized that this was much more complicated than it seemed at first. I didn't just have a male and a female side to me, they were two fundamentally different people. Not to mention, I was only one of them. It seemed so weird, I could talk with this "alter ego", and she would talk back. Everything suddenly fell into place, every unexplained event from my childhood had an explanation. The puzzle was solved, no more missing jigsaws to search for.

After the realization, we've talked a lot. We've talked about everything we could possibly imagine. We're so different, and yet she has managed to stay unnoticed, and still control our life to such a degree, it seems near unbelievable. Now we're like siblings, we fight and we love each other, and both of us can truly come to life now that we're aware of it.

Now, perhaps it would be best to actually introduce ourselves.

Hey, my name's Brian. I consider myself an artist, although still in training. I love composing video game music, and I believe it might be a career possibility. I'm a gamer and a roleplayer, and as such like to play MMORPGs, the current one being World of Warcraft. I like debates, and can be fiercely competitive if the subject is of importance to me. I would also never wimp out, if I see something as a challenge, then you can be sure I'll overcome it, come hell or high water. That is, unless it isn't hell or high water, but Carina having too much against it, in which case, well... I don't get to say much.

Hi, I'm Carina. I love music of most kinds, and I'm glad Brian likes to make game music, because I for one like to listen to it. As with him, I'm an avid gamer, although with a slightly different taste in games, but I too like to roleplay, possibly more than he does. That is likely the reason why we almost always end up with a female character. I'm careful with what I eat, and like to exercise, unlike that lazy slob. I love our pets, which are a little snake, a gecko, and various spiders. People think our pets are weird, but that's their problem. Fortunately, I've been able to affect Brian's choice in clothing. Fortunately. No, I didn't dress him up as a girl, I just went with decent, good-looking clothes instead of whatever rags he'd be willing to wear. Finally, I love to sing, but am somewhat limited in choice of songs due to our voice. Not that I care when singing in private.

Fortunately for us, to lessen the confusion, we're blessed with a reasonably androgynous body. This might be partially due to our apparent ability to concentrate any fat in our body in our hips, giving us slight curves, but nothing too feminine. You can't really determine our physical gender by voice either, as we're capable of speaking with a resonance somewhere inbetween typical male and female voices. Other than lacking many "female habits" (although learning to keep Carina satisfied), one could say, we're very lucky.

Also, as for now, no one outside the beautiful world that is the internet knows. We believe it might be best to give people some time to start wondering before we go any further.

Welcome Brian and Carina! Trippy how you have two different people in the one body! I think I have about 3 women in me all with the same sense of humour luckily! I couldnt decide who would be most dominant---At first Carole thought she could take over and then Natalie imposed herself and now Kirstie has finally arrived and I feel a whole lot better as she has expelled the other two into her sub conscious.
My mother was going to call me Kirstie if I was a girl. So I can see why she has come back through HRT to take over because she was always there in the background and the guy I was was just a delusion!

Anyway welcome welcome welcome!
From all 3 of us!

Thanks, everyone. ^^

The rules here were much stricter than we thought at first... Have there been any problems before? We can't imagine that we're unable to even send PMs or view profiles for no reason.

got to say that I never noticed 'em at first.

Make a few random comments around and everything tends to fall in place.

Welcome to Susan's, there's a lot to discuss at the moment :)

Hey Brian and Carina,
Good to see you two, hopefully we'll have an opportunity to read more of your posts in the future.
This goes without saying but welcome to Susans.

Enjoy the gift you two get to experience. There is nothing quite like it, and everyday you should be thankful you have each other.

See you both around,
Marq and Mia
Being given the gift of two-spirits meant that this individual had the ability to see the world from two perspectives at the same time. This greater vision was a gift to be shared, and as such, Two-spirited beings were revered as leaders, mediators, teachers, artists, seers, and spiritual guides

Ravenholdt EU, for the most part, so if you're not European then that's a problem right there. On the off-chance that you are European, then I'd be happy to at least mess around for a bit, at least. We won't leave our precious server though.  :P

:( No I'm not on the EU server. I'm in US Draka. Yeah it's always tough to leave. I've started playing before BC came out and couldn't imagine leaving my friends.
I guess we won't be seeing each other in the game but I'll see you around on Susans. Message me anytime   ;)

Cheers  ;)
