I know this topic has been discussed to death and there are several threads on this. But I couldn't find a satisfying answer. Anyways my girlfriend is going through hrt and her libido has nearly vanished. She can get hard on viagra but there isn't any real sexdrive. So I was wondering if these herbal medicines like vigrx, vimax etc etc work? I need some medicine for instant libido enhancement. And not something that will mess with the hrt. I read on these forums about alpha man 3000 but I can't seem to find the thread anymore. The poster mentioned that it is herbal based and she takes it a couple of hrs before sex. But it isn't available where i live. So I was wondering if there is an alternate medicine. Something that is common and easier to find in a third world country.
