That sounds frustrating.
You could try morning walks, eating fish, doing yoga, etc., to calm your mood, feel more detached.
I'm sure you don't want to hear it, but we draw things to ourselves with our energy vibrations. That's why some people are "lucky" while others can't catch a break.
Sadly, my own angry, pessimistic vibe has worked against me for much of my life. I now take a Thai herb to balance bigender hormones and try to take early morning walks while meditating, but you know what works best for you.
