Anyone had their lips change after they started HRT?  I swear my lips have gotten fuller.  My face fat has changed for sure but lips?  I've never heard anything about lips....
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

Yes, absolutely!  Your lips contain adipose tissue.

Slightly... not a whole lot though.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.

Yuppers my lips have changed.  It's mainly the upper lip that is fuller. It's hard to say about the bottom lip but my top lip was always pretty thin and it used to bother me lots so I know it's not in my head because I'm really, really happy about this change. Other then the smoother, softer skin this is prob one of my fave changes. Well I also like how my cheeks are fulling out. I am noticing my nose looks smaller. I don't know how that happens but the tip of the nose is all soft tissue so I think it is that and the fact my cheeks are fuller making my nose appear smaller.

The best way I can describe it  is my face is getting puffy. I loveloveloveLOVE it! And I'm only at 15 weeks HRT so this is just the beginning and I have had people say I don't look like the person in my license. I think it is part I look much different and part they are surprised by my name since they say "you're [insert name]. Really? I can kinda see it" lol. It's so so great.

I started getting pigmentation changes along the lip-line of the upper and lower lip. It's sort of a, "lip-liner" effect. Anyone else experienced anything like that?

I got like a big freckle on my lower lip, but the dermatologist said not to worry.  It was like an age spot  >:(

Freckles!!!  I've been wondering if my lips have gotten fuller.  I can't really tell.   I think the do have a lot morr color than before, though.  :-)

It's funny, I was just thinking the other day that my lips looked fuller and was wondering if maybe it was due to HRT. My top lip was always very thin and I've noticed it's not quite as bad anymore. :)

I was just noticing my upper lip the other day and it has seriously gotten fuller. I'm not the type to exaggerate or lie to myself about perceived changes, but my upper lip is more prominent.  I'm 4 months into HRT.  I would say it varies from person to person, my chest is just starting to develop too and I did not see that coming. I'm 28, as a reference point.

I think so
As with many things, I'm not sure how they differ from before HRT, but... They're definitely 'full' at the present time. :)
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

My lips getting much fuller and redder is the biggest thing I have noticed on my face after being on HRT for just over 2 months. They are so red some days,I often wonder if people at work think that I have lipstick on!

Yeah, totally haha. For me, I noticed it during the third and fourth week of HRT, and I thought I was delusional or something.

Before I transitioned, my family sort of made fun of how I lacked an upper-middle-class (which I didn't, but it was small), yet my closest guy friend is always asking me what in the world I do to my lips to make them look so full. It was 100% owing to the estrogen, and now people describe me as having nice lips hehe.

I'd totally share photos to demonstrate how dramatically my lips have changed, but idk how. Either way, hormones work wonders on certain people, and apparently you're one of them!!!
