24 hour flight in two weeks

Hey everyone !

My surgery was May 4th, and concluded with good results except for a slow healing damaged labia.  In my extreme lack of experience, Id say its about midway through healing here on the 16th.   In two weeks I will have a huge flight to face unbravely (it was life threateneing at perfect health the first time).

Does anybody have any tips or tricks I can employ ?  I was not lucky enough to get good seats due to some ticket reschedualings.. but I do have a kind note from my surgeon requesting better seating if avaialable.  Hopefully it will be more useful than for picture framing later.
