Then it wouldn't matter whether I was a boy or girl and I wouldn't have to suffer anymore.

I am not saying that I would actually harm myself in anyway but a end to my struggling would be nice.

People say but what about people that care about you or that you can make it out of any struggle , or you can see a therapist but all of those are irrelevant.

I can't make it out of my struggles and therapy is useless.

Does anyone really care about you if they wouldn't accept you in the first place? They only care about what they imagine you to be.

A rest just seems nice right now. ;(

Yeah..it can be a challenge to motive oneself to keep going.

Things that help me:

1. Make a list of things you're happy for-i.e., In my case, I'm American, I speak English, I can see, hear, move, pay my bills, etc.
2. Take an early morning walk to set your thyroid mood thermostat
3. Switch to fresh, mostly raw organic produce, eat raw nuts, fish and organic eggs, while avoiding processed food and soda.
4. take herbs that balance hormones, raise your mood, like St. John's Wort, 5-htp, magnesium, iodine, Vit B complex, powdered root beer (MX sarsaparilla), etc.
5. listen to music you love, watch comedy shows/movies
6. do what gives you the most pleasure..play an instrument, draw a picture, message a friend to hang out, go to the movies, ride a bike, go swimming, play tennis, play pool, play ping pong, throw a football, play basketball, etc.
7. cuddle a pet, or throw a ball for a dog to chase.
8. read a good book
9. drink a lot of water
10. If you're old enough, sip a microbrewery beer in a quiet bar.

Taking any small step toward transitioning could give you relief..even doing free Skype transition counseling.

I understand.  It's really hard to think that there is any possible way to feel better, that you're able to do it, and that it would be worthwhile.  But I highly recommend taking smaller steps.  Try to take a rest; just feel a peaceful feeling.  Or if there is anything you could do that feels exciting, do that.  It could be going for a walk, or ordering a pizza...it could be anything as long as you want to do something you'll enjoy.  If you can enjoy anything, you will usually want to do more, and that can help you dig out of hopelessness.

Lets see, something you should be happy about...

1-) You are strong enough to talk to people that are supportive, even if it's online.
2-) You have things you enjoy. Immerse yourself in them for a while.
3-) Are you into video games? Pick up a fighting game that either you have enjoyed for a long time or that just looks interesting, and destroy opponents in it. It's fun to play as Sub-Zero and kill Rayden. Obviously I recommend Mortal Kombat.

4-) And lastly you have people that would be willing to help you in any way possible. If you want, PM me, and I can give you my phone number, and we can try to get you past this hurdle. I have been where you are so many times, I'm surprised I'm still alive.

One thing to note, is that when you feel like giving up just remember what has made you hold on this long.

And life always offers a second chance. It's called tomorrow.

One other thing you could do, is find a new age shop within driving distance, one that sells a lot of stones, and pick up some pieces of Labradorite. They don't have to be big, just something to hold onto. The stone has healing powers.

"A transformational stone. Dissolves illusions and true intentions are seen with much more clarity with its use; intensifies and strengthens feelings of inner worth; useful for bringing up and healing old memories, including past life issues. Breaking of addictive habits, be those physical or mental. An ascension stone, helping to prepare the body and energy bodies."

I have 2 of those, one to hold in each hand when I need them.

Another good stone to get is Hematite. It's a grounding stone and can help you pass those feelings of desperation. Also Amethyst can help you deal with depression. All I can say is look into it, and you should find a few that can help you.

Reach out if you need it.
"There are many who would take my time. I shun them.
There are some who share my time. I am entertained by them.
There are precious few who contribute to my time. I cherish them."

if you're looking for meaning, the best thing for people who feel they have nothing to live for is to help other people. it sounds kinda counter intuitive, but it's how we, as humans, are wired. nothing fulfills us like taking what little we have(the less the better) and using it to help each other, doing the helping(even if it's something small) is much more much more rewarding than being helped.

And, for what  it's worth, I believe in you! I have hope that whatever you choose to do with your life, you have the power to make it great! :D
