I don't exactly know how to word this, but so on the outer side of the thigh there's like "dimples" right before going around to the backside and I've seen this exclusively on men and haven't seen cis gender women with them.  You know the part of the rear end that slopes in?

Does this fill in with hormones or would i need to get augmentation?
I'm still young, 22, and on the lighter side of the scale 5'5" 105lbs but i'm scared that I may always have these :(

My biggest lament: I don't mind being the butt of a joke, but I can't stand this joke of a butt!

Mine haven't filled it yet after three years but full feminization can take up to seven. Also, I have seen women in the same boat. Just try to find clothes that minimize the problem for now. If you're desperate, and I can certainty understand that, there are surgical procedures.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

:(. Ahh I suppose time will tell then, haha I don't think I'd be desparate though since I don't really have much of a backside to begin with so I guess it's not going to be my biggest issue but thanks for the reply :)

Hi LittlesSlam,

Welcome to the site. Good question. Some women fill a little around the hips with just HRT but it is different for every person. So, truth told, nobody knows on you.

Is it possible you made two accounts when you signed up? The site has a policy that members can only have one active account at a time. If so, could you mention in a post here. I will take care of the other one for you. Thanks.

I also want to share some links with you. They are mostly welcome information and the rules that govern the site. If you have not had a chance to look through them, please take a moment:

Once again, welcome to Susan's. Look around, ask questions and join in.

With warmth,

Pretty much I sum it to luck of the genetic dice... the same thing that gifts you with big or small boobs... When in doubt, fill it out!  With surgery lol.  They have places that'll do butt & hip implants, but of course buyer beware.  I know Dr. Cardenas does some of these procedures with his team of helpers... feel free to look him up.  I'm positive there are a ton of others too.  What nature didn't gift you, science can grant you.

I also would really like to know how or when they will go away.

Ah yes the dreaded "boy pocket." I am one year in and mine filled in on the left but not on the more heavily muscled (dominant) right side.  I'll give it another year or so before I worry about it because other than that, the hormones gave me quite the beautiful badonkadonk hiney.

I got more important things to worry about like saving up for FFS.

Mine haven't filled in.  My current strategy is to fix that in the gym with barbell squats.  I'll let you know in about six months if it works, LOL.

Its not a bad idea. Anyway keep in mind the more skinny you are the more time it needs. Fat distribution is one of the most slow changes that happen on HRT, it may take as long as 7-8 years to fully complete.

This is actually one of my biggest body-anxieties. Been on HRT for 7 years and 1 month now and yeah still have them.

I'm thinking of researching surgeries that will correct this though and just give a better (and bigger lol) shape overall as i think given the length of time i've been on HRT that this isn't something hormones are going to fix.

TheLittlestSlam

sigh, I guess I gotta raise my goal for this transition, I'm sure the surgery shouldn't be too intesnse/costly.
