Temperature here drops to 0 degree Celsius (32 F). I am a little bit gloomy.  :( Not so much desire to dress, and actually fashion items are limited in cold weather. I have been rather busy finishing up this year at workplace. Not so much exercise and now I feel I am closer to a man than a woman. In every winter, my feminine mood hibernates. How about you? Crossdressing tips for winter are wanted.

Definitely understand but it's nothing that a coat and a pair of sexy boots won't fix.  Genetic women have to deal with winter too.  Some do so by dressing in dreadfully dull stuff; others manage to look resplendent in super-fem winter attire.  We just need to do the same!

Last year I missed out on a lot of great fem evenings for this very reason.  This year, nothing doing.  I may freeze my backside off, but I am going to keep my fem social life going through a cold NYC winter!  You can certainly do the same :)

Hi all,
Wow!!  winter is much better for my 'girl' self!!!  Not as much hair removal required!!   Anyway-y-y-y-y-y...
There are some absolutely gorgeous sweaters out this year!!  I could spend a paycheck on new ones!!!  Pac sun, J C Penney, Macy's ALL have some really nice longer length sweaters this season!!  Pair them with a little bit longer skirt (for warmth!!) and a pair of heeled boots and you are right in style for the cold weather!!  Save the micro-mini for March!!
Look around, 'Shop' don't buy!!  You will be amazed what is out there this winter!!
I agree that there are times where I think....  What was THAT designer thinking????  But this year I could redo my entire wardrobe of girl clothes without a problem!!
So have some fun and buy a long sweater dress and a long sweater coat a pair of boots and have some fun!!
  Huggs,

Erica and Lisa , thanks for comments and suggests,

That's right. When I was in the U.S., there were many pretty and colorful sweaters, and I liked them to purchase some.

But, here in S. Korea, nearly all ladies wear dark and dull long coats with long boots. Still, some of them look sexy, especially in body lines. They look so elegant. I nearly gave up wearing high-heel boots, because of my unusual height even as a man.

I found that there are a few fashion items I can enjoy in winter. On this Sunday, I wore one-piece sweater over athletic black leggings, which was hopefully supposed to look sexy. The problem was shoes. I wore sneakers unlike most ladies here who wear high heels with leggings. Again my height becomes a barrier. Sigh.

Well how tall are you?

My height about 6 feet (182 cm) high, and wearing 5-inch heels makes me look 6 feet 5 inch (195 cm).

Being 6'3" myself I know your pain.  And I can only imagine it is magnified where the average height is lower, however, if your pictures are an example, you really don't have much to worry about.  Just remember when you wear them, wear them with confidence, and you shouldn't be questioned.

In my country, 6'3"-high women are mostly basketball players and are considered very tall even as man. My height is desirable for men, but not for women. Fortunately, the Miss World 2007 from China is as tall as me: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/12/01/wmiss101.xml

Quote"Miss World is very famous in China. I think deep down a lot of girls would like to take part in it," said Miss Zhang, who at 182 cms (5ft 11 and a half inches) was the tallest of this year's contestants.

Based on her height, I am sure she was from northern China where Altaic people have dominated in history.

In the U.S., some passer-by women used to comment on my height. Some said I am very tall, while women of good body shape tended to say I am slim. And there, I was once virtually raped because of my height and high-heel boots (I once posted in other thread).

Tomorrow, I am going to shopping mall to purchase some pretty jacket for winter and some basic cosmetics...
