Hi!

I have done 7 consultations for FFS and am now highly considering Dr. Mardirossian in Florida. However, I'm a little bit concerned due the lack of experiences I can find from past patients. He was very good during the consultation but was a bit awkward in describing the forehead reconstruction procedure (I definitely need a full type III reconstruction). I am looking at getting forehead, hairline, brow lift, cheek implants, rhinoplasty, upper lip lift, mandible contouring and chin contouring. The price was reasonable but I'm concerned he's too much of a risk. Is there anyone else there that has used him that can share their results?

Help!

I have a consult with him next week and I have been trying to find out more myself.

If you dont mind me asking would you PM me your quote?

I can't PM because I'm too new ??? It was fairly reasonable. About 55% of what Dr. Deschamps-Braly quoted me and was 13k USD cheaper than my quote from Spiegel for the same procedures and very similar in price to FT.

Ladies,

I had FFS with Dr Mardirossian last February. I had brow reduction, rhinoplasty, upper lip shortening, face and neck lift, and lower blephorplasty. I am impressed with my results. One thing that I did not get is the cheek implants. At the time of surgery, I felt that I did not need or want cheek implants. Dr Mardirossian says that nothing feminizes as much as high cheek bones. I am still not convinced, but I may change my mind later.

Many of the procedures can be done by any good facial plastic surgeon. However, the frontal brow ridge reduction is very specialized. Dr mardirossian studied under Dr Spiegel in Boston and uses a similar technique. The forehead skin is pulled down and the frontal ridge bone is removed in one piece, reshaped, and then replaced and held in place with small titanium plates and screws. Recovery takes just a about a week and I was driving myself around town on the 8th day after surgery. One month later, I went on a scuba dive to 80 feet deep without any problems.

I am sure you have seen his before/after photos on his website. From other patients I have personally seen, those results are typical.

I would recommend Dr Mardirossian for any facial procedure, especially for feminizing procedures.

One of these days I will post my before/after photos, but with only 4 months post-op, I am not quite fully settled in.
Many people say wait a full 6 months before you evaluate your results.

That is good to hear, I am happy for you!

I am only interested in a brow reduction, rhinoplasty and chin contouring. Dr. DB and Dr. Spiegel both seemed astronomically high for my income so I am hoping this consult is within my means.

He's cheaper and first consult is free...I have actual numbers from last fall here.  They're next to Spiegel and Facialteam from around the same time frame.

Thank you!!

I just had a consult separately with Dr. Steiger, a facial plastic surgeon double board certified and operates in Boca Raton, Fl.  His rhinoplasty is 7k and tracheal shave is 4k.

Ill have my own quote next week from Dr. M, but I am leaning towards him more and more
